About 16 miles from the corner of Seawall and 61st street, just two miles west of Jamaica Beach, Sea Isle homes are mostly beachfront and beachside of FM 3005 (San Luis Pass) with some on the canal/bay side. There is no traffic allowed directly on the beach in front of Sea Isle.

Sea Isle’s wetlands area is home to a variety of wildlife and the neighborhood boasts more than 1.5 miles of beautiful beach. Home owners enjoy many amenities including a marina, boat ramp, fishing pier, Sea Isle swimming pool and tennis courts, and a park with a pavilion.

Sea Isle’s 900-foot community fishing pier is equipped with automatic lighting for evening fishing and includes two boat ramps and a nearby fish-cleaning station. The community swimming pool was rebuilt and refurbished in 2005 and supplied with a new state-of-the art filtration system. A children’s wading pool is also available. The park and pavilion are located next to the community fire station, and the pavilion may be reserved for special events.
